Relax and meditate in an immersive sound bath! We’ll have a short meditation using Max Meditation System technique (led by Erin Wallace) followed by a deeply restorative sound bath engulfed in healing vibrations by Jane Stenvig (Certified Sound Healer).
Sound baths can help you calm your mind and emotions, deepen sleep, enhance creativity and leave you feeling grounded, safe, and calm.
Bring blankets, pillow, and a yoga mat (optional) and prepare to lie down.
